Contributed as a developer to the "Sistem Informatic Integrat pentru Emiterea Actelor de Stare Civilă" (SIIEASC), an integrated digital platform for civil status document issuance. Played a key role in implementing multiple modules of the system, enhancing its functionality and reliability. My involvement was instrumental in modernizing the process of managing and verifying civil status documents, significantly improving service delivery and data accuracy for governmental bodies and citizens.

Sistemului informatic de Management Integrat al Audierilor (SMIA)

2021-2022

Served as the Technical Team Lead and Software Architect for the "Sistemului informatic de Management Integrat al Audierilor" (SMIA) project. Led and managed a substantial team, overseeing the design and implementation of this integrated audition management information system. My leadership and architectural expertise were instrumental in successfully delivering a streamlined and efficient solution for managing critical auditions, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective coordination within legal and judicial contexts.

Buletinul electronic al Registrului Comerțului (BERC)

2020-2021

Designed and led the development of the "Buletinul electronic al Registrului Comerțului" (BERC), a pivotal digital bulletin for the Trade Register. Skillfully coordinated a dedicated team of developers and testers, ensuring the successful implementation of this innovative platform. The system significantly enhanced the accessibility and transparency of business registrations and legal notices, streamlining the dissemination of vital information and reinforcing the infrastructure of commercial operations.

Architected and developed the Business Registers Interconnection System (BRIS), a pivotal platform facilitating the seamless integration of the Romanian National Trade Register Office (ONRC) with European business registers. 2019 – Present
  • Logistia, a spin-off from Taraba Virtuală, is an efficient route optimization platform for online businesses. It features a serverless, auto-scalable architecture, a unified code base for desktop and mobile, NoSQL database, and seamless integration with various e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, all contributing to a cost-effective solution.

Solution architect Trencadis

February 2018 – June 2022
Responsibility :
  • Designed, implemented and supported a large-scale European IoT project, which aims at reducing costs and using efficiently the resources in large buildings. Through a net of sensors capable of measuring multiple metrics, the system will be capable of automatically sending alerts, automatic adjustments for people’s safety and eco-friendly power usage. Provided technical knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure, AWS Lambda and micro services architecture for my colleagues and I am the leader in managing the software development of the product.

CoFounder & Solution architect Taraba Virtuala

December 2016 – November 2020
  • E-commerce start-up I have co-founded and developed in Romania, which acts as a marketplace for buyers who want to buy local, natural foods from small farmers. Small farmers have a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to manage their own store’s orders and deliveries, while clients have a marketplace to decide from which seller to buy. Managed to develop and grow in Bucharest from 0 (zero) to 1000 transactions per month. Taraba Virtuală won the local final and represented Romania in 2018 at the Chivas Venture Competition.

Senior Full Stack developer Endava

December 2015 – February 2017
Responsibility :
  • Worked as a software developer in an Agile team and as deputy Scrum Master for a Norwegian client in the banking industry. I have contributed to the development of a financial application, which makes instant payments for participants involved in the clearing and settlement process. I was responsible for developing both front-end and back-end side, which deepened my knowledge on Java 8, Spring and Angular. As a team lead and Scrum Master, I coordinated the team’s activities, removed impediments, ensured transparency and coached team members in their professional development.

CoFounder & Full Stack developer Easy order

March 2015 – September 2015
  • Start-up in HoReCa domain, which helps restaurants reduce costs with menu management. Developed based on initial client’s needs and implemented inside 4 restaurants, clients could see the menu on their smartphones. The product managed to decrease costs by at least 200 euro on a monthly basis. However, Easy - Order did not achieve product market-fit, a lesson I have learned through small iterations.

Full Stack developer Ymens

Responsibility :
  • Working in both waterfall and Agile methodologies as software developer, I managed to create valuable products, which are still used nowadays, for the Romanian Government. Orchestrated the development of the eTerra 3 project for the National Cadastral System of Romania. The project implied developing and integrating multiple technologies like AngularJS, Bootstrap, ArcGIS Platform with ESRI maps. Along with the Java core, the project also required Business Process Management rules. Using IBM BPM solution and working in Agile SCRUM methodology, I succeeded in delivering a mature application for the client.

June 2012 – October 2014
Responsibility :
  • Designed and developed a robust J2EE Java application during my tenure at IBM. This application was dedicated to administering the eTerra database, a pivotal component of the National Cadaster system project undertaken by the company. My contributions played a vital role in ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of users and administrative data, thereby supporting the seamless operation of the National Cadaster system.
